We aim to reach the following six tangible results:
R1.STEM AI peer mentoring framework for AI tools in VET utlization to match Roma students as peer mentors with mentees
effectively and track progress in real-time
R2.Guidance handbook for Roma (disadvantaged) students
R3.Pilot framework for 1 semester of STEM AI peer support of 30 mentors and 30 mentees.
R4.Microcredential training (16 hours) for teachers on STEM AI peer mentoring and further effective classroom management
R5.Consolidated piloting report
