94 High School “Dimitar Strashimirov”, Sofia, Bulgaria – Project coordinator

Our school has a vocational profiling for students after 7th grade in two specialties – “Operator in clothing production” and “Courier” (logystics). We have 890 Roma students in the academic year 2025-2026 and 95 teachers. Since 2026, the 94 SU has a completely new STEM centre, but not enough preparation of the teachers to use its functionalities in a didactic efficient way. Therefore, based on internal survey, we have identified the need of this project, where additional qualification training for teachers must be organised. The 94 SU is working intensively in the past years on the improvement of the academic results of these students including by offering them additional extracurricular activities and support towards increasing motivation, self-determination, self-confidence, pre-employment including the peer learning support between advanced students from 11th and 12th grade to students of 8th, 9th and 10th grade, who needs proper training on how to use AI existing tools in VET.
